Mild malt and hop flavor, along with fermentation and conditioning like a lager, make this a smooth and easy-drinking lager/ale hybrid.
Medium-bodied and malty, this extra-special bitter (ESB) is balanced with the flavor of English hops. The “extra special” designation means the brew is strong in malt and alcohol, not bitterness.
Strong and malty with spicy and fruity flavors, and a pleasantly bitter finish. Designed to be enjoyed in moderation, as it comes with a kick – 7.5% alcohol by volume.
This intensely full-bodied brew starts out malty sweet – with fruit and caramel flavors – and finishes the balancing bitterness of English hops. 9% alcohol by volume.
Wheat malt gives this brew a toasted, tangy crispness, while a special yeast imparts fruitiness and spiciness. Served unfiltered with a lemon or orange slice.
A strong, malty brew with intense fruit flavors and aromas, and a natural spiciness that comes from the addition of coriander. This brew has a dry, effervescent finish. 8.25% alcohol by volume.
Generous amounts of American hops give this pale both a crisp bitterness and a strong dry-hop aroma. The brew is balanced with a full-bodied malt flavor for smooth drinkability.
Imported German malts and hops combine for a balanced yet malty golden brew that’s bold and deliciously smooth. Ein Prosit!
A strong, rich stout with the subtle aroma and flavor of bourbon that comes from a month of conditioning in a Jack Daniels barrel. This brew has a massive, roasted flavor and a balanced, bitter finish. 7% alcohol per volume.
British hops combine with a toasty malts to create a strong, yet deceivingly smooth and drinkable brew.
Well-balanced and smooth, the dark malts suggest the flavors of coffee and chocolate without being overpowering. This brew starts out malty and finishes with a smart, crisp bitterness.
Flavors of chocolate and coffee together with a hint of smokiness and a crisp hoppy finish make this a dark, delicious microbrew. Don’t be afraid of the dark!
The malty flavors of caramel and toast are balanced with the mild bitterness of British hops, resulting in a refreshing, easy-to-drink brew.
Rye and chocolate-rye malts combine with pilsner malts and a modest hops flavor to create a caramel, toasted, ruby-red brew with a light, smooth, dry finish.
A strong and robust stout, smooth and well balanced. Rich with the flavors of coffee and dark chocolate, this is a full-bodied brew with a palette-cleansing bitter finish.
This is a darker, stronger version of our summer hefeweizen. It’s served unfiltered with all the same flavors – plus a malty caramel sweetness and a little extra kick.
