Welcome to Cowfish!
The menu and food at Cowfish are prepared by chef Chris McDonald. Chris' menu features steaks, fresh fish, specialty pastas and salads. Other highlights of Cowfish’s menu include:
- A line of specialty microbrews from the Lander Brewing Company that uses only the finest ingredients from around the world.
- Fresh seafood that’s flown in regularly.
- Burgers made from local beef cattle raised free of hormones and antibiotics.
- An onsite garden in the summer and fall, supplies delicious vegetables and herbs.
Located inside a historic and beautifully restored 130-year-old brick building, the restaurant’s romantic, candlelit dining room, pub and private backrooms for special parties all showcase local artwork from Wyoming artisans.
In the summer, the restaurant offers the added attraction of eating on its outdoor deck and patio, under a trellis of wild cascade hops.
