Welcome to the Coalter Block!

The Coalter Block restaurant group is a collection of five local establishments – Cowfish, the Lander Brewing Company, the Gannett Grill, the Lander Bar and the Scream Shack – which have banded together to serve as the destination in Lander and Fremont County for quality food and entertainment.

The member establishments of the Coalter Block are committed to working as a team to provide customers with a selection of dining experiences, each offering its own unique food, service and atmosphere. The elements the establishments have in common include:

A line of specialty microbrews from the Lander Brewing Company that uses only the finest ingredients from around the world, and includes beers that have won national and international awards at the Great American Beer Festival, the World Beer Cup and other competitions.
Burgers made from local beef cattle raised free of hormones and antibiotics by Wyoming Custom Meats.
An onsite organic garden that, in the summer and fall, supplies homegrown, delicious vegetables, including arugula, asparagus, broccolini, cherry tomatoes and butternut squash, for use in salads and other entrées.
A mug club that enables beer aficionados to enjoy delicious Lander Brewing Company microbrews at special prices.
An adjoining outdoor seating area available in the summertime that includes the Gannett Grill’s spacious outdoor deck and Cowfish’s outdoor deck and patio.

The Coalter Block is located on Main Street in downtown Lander, between First and Second Streets. Parking is available on the street out front and in parking lots alongside of and in back of the member establishments.
